A Wedding Story.

About 6 months ago I posted engagements photos of this couple...well...last weekend they tied the knot. Got hitched. Said I do.

I really had fun playing with the setting sun on these photos...great sun flare.

Ahhhhh love. And now they're in Maui having a blissful, beautiful week. Congrats to Wally and Monica!

SARA WILLIAMS.

Sara is joining with Teri Fode Photography in 2008 as the Certified Make-Up Artist/Stylist for our clients! This service will be offered to all clients but in particular will be a fabulous addition to our Ford (and other) modeling and acting clients, High School Seniors, and all clients that desire the professional touch that make-up brings to the perfect portrait.

I'm very excited to have Sara linked to our studio name and have loved getting to know her!

Sara worked as a high-fashion model based out of New York and Washington DC for seven years. She was signed with both the Ford and Elite Modeling Agencies.

Her runway experience has offered her the opportunity to work with some of the best hair, make-up, and fashion designers in the business. She has been featured in publications such as Allure, Glamour, and American Woman Magazine. She has also worked as a spokes model for top companies including Redken, Nioxin, and Jungle Care.

Television appearances include the Ford Supermodel of U.S. Contest, Elite Look of the Year, and Entertainment Tonight. Now as an Independent Marketing Executive, Sara Williams speaks to groups about Networking, Building Your Portfolio, and Personal Care on both the Eats and West Coasts.

She now makes Sacramento her home and I am thrilled to have her as the official Make-Up Artist for our studio.

We have a Ford Modeling session scheduled on Monday and I'll share some photos of her at work during our session together!

No, we're not abandoning the existing site that we've received so many raves about, it will be and ADDITIONAL site with a face lift with fresh new galleries that will accommodate Bridals, Weddings, Couples and Engagement galleries!

Yes, it's true! TERI FODE PHOTOGRAPHY is offering a contemporary style to: WEDDING CELEBRATIONS! Wedding, Bridal and Engagement photography is being offered to the Sacramento and surrounding areas, including Lake Tahoe, Reno, and the Napa Valley.

It was only inevitable. After all, my grandparents specialized in Wedding Photography for over 40 years. I grew up seeing hundreds and hundreds of weddings being proofed and spread out all over their studio and at their home as well...weddings were truly fairy tales to me back then.

And today as well.

And I simply love telling the story, the fairytale, through photos...

My special thank you and shout out to the fabulous Wedding Coodinator and Owner of Powers Mansion Inn in Auburn, California, Alfred Lee. ALL photos shown above were shot at this beautiful historic Mansion in the heart of old Auburn.

Not only is it a beautiful setting for a wedding, it accommodates a reception as well with a lovely reception hall next door to the Mansion. With 16 beautiful bed and breakfast suites to house the bride, groom and guests, it's a perfect choice for a wedding. Not to mention---Don and I will be booking a suite very soon! It's probably the most beautiful bed and breakfast Inn we've seen---and we LOVE B&B's!
